Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
great convenience helpful staff free wifi bottle refill
The bus service outside offered great convenience for getting into town. The 025 National Express to London stops right outside as well. The staff was helpful at 5 am. I appreciated the available free WiFi, a lovely kitchen, clean sheets. a bottle refill station.
The bathroom felt somewhat dated.

great location helpful staff large room
I found the location amazing. The staff was lovely, polite, and helpful. They really made a difference. The double room was quite large. I especially liked my view of the sea and pier.
The price was inflated, since I stayed during a special event.

I found the staff to be very helpful with directions. The premises looked clean and organized. The location is perfect for accessing local attractions and public transportation. I appreciated the bar being open late. It allowed for a relaxing evening after exploring the area.
The pillows provided were quite thin, requiring me to fold them for adequate support.

The location was excellent, placing me right in the heart of the action. I found the receptionists friendly, and they provided helpful guidance. The room had everything I needed . The comfortable bed helped me rest well.
My room had dead flies and lots of dust on the blinds and window seal.

The room was spacious and clean. the location was great, very close to amenities. the staff were friendly. They addressed all my questions quickly.
There was noise from the street below. It was quite disruptive at night. the breakfast selection was limited to a few items. the lift seemed a bit unreliable. It made some strange noises.

great location helpful staff spacious room
The location was excellent very close to the sea and the pier. the staff were helpful. They stored luggage before check-in, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. i found the room spacious and clean, and each bed had a charging station.
the windows did not lock, letting in a draft, and the noise from nearby was noticeable during the night.
